📜 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the rules for membership fees, donations, and other payments made to High Rich Community Revival Society (HCRS), a society registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955 (Reg. No.: TSR/TC/93/2025).

1. Membership Fees

  • The Membership Amount of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once a membership is approved and the fee is paid, no request for refund, transfer, or adjustment will be entertained.

  • Membership is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the individual registered.

2. Donations & Contributions

  • Any voluntary donations, contributions, or support amounts made to HCRS are considered charitable in nature and are non-refundable.

  • Donors are advised to verify details before making any payment, as cancellations/refunds are not permitted.

3. Cancellation of Membership

  • Members may voluntarily cancel their membership by submitting a written request to the society.

  • Cancellation of membership will not entitle the member to any refund of the membership fee or donations already paid.

  • The society reserves the right to terminate membership in case of violation of bylaws, misconduct, or misuse of society resources.

4. Incorrect / Duplicate Payments

  • In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or technical error, the member/donor must notify the society within 7 working days with valid proof.

  • After verification, HCRS may process an adjustment or refund at its sole discretion.

5. Payment Methods

  • All payments (membership fees or donations) must be made only through official society channels, either via our official website hcrsindia.com or directly at the society’s office/authorized representatives.

  • HCRS does not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorized persons or unofficial channels.

6. Legal Compliance

  • All transactions are managed in accordance with the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, and applicable Indian laws.

  • Members and donors are expected to retain valid receipts issued by the society for all payments.

1. Membership Fees

The Membership Amount of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) is non-refundable once the membership is approved and activated.

However, if a member applies for cancellation within 7 days from the date of payment and the membership has not yet been activated/approved, a refund may be considered after verification and deduction of applicable processing charges.

Eligible refunds will be credited back within 24–48 hours from the date of approval of cancellation.

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the individual registered.

2. Donations & Contributions

Any voluntary donations, contributions, or support amounts made to HCRS are considered charitable in nature and are strictly non-refundable.

Donors are advised to verify details before making any payment, as cancellations/refunds are not permitted.

3. Cancellation of Membership

Cancellation of membership will not entitle the member to any refund of the membership fee or donations already paid, except as per the 7-day refund clause mentioned in Section 1.
