The society’s primary objective is to promote social development, education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and community unity, especially for Highrich community members who lost employment after the Highrich company ban.

2. Eligibility

  • Only individuals 18 years and above are eligible to join HCRS.

  • Membership is open to those who support the objectives and values of the society.

3. Membership Process

  • Membership can be obtained only through the official website hcrsindia.com or directly via the authorized society office/representatives.

  • Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the society’s governing body.

  • Members must comply with the society’s rules, regulations, and bylaws.

4. Payments & Donations

  • Membership fees, subscriptions, and donations are collected only through official society channels.

  • All payments are processed securely via authorized methods; HCRS does not store sensitive payment data.

  • Fees and donations are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the society in writing.

5. Member Responsibilities

All members agree to:

  • Uphold the mission and objectives of HCRS.

  • Provide accurate details during registration.

  • Avoid any misuse of society resources, funds, or reputation.

  • Respect the non-political and community-oriented nature of the society.

6. Legal Compliance

  • HCRS strictly follows the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, along with all applicable laws of India.

  • Any misuse of the society’s name, funds, or platform is subject to disciplinary action and possible legal proceedings.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The name, logo, and content published on this website belong to HCRS.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
